Kelsall WI 85th Birthday Celebration

 
 
Order of events and timings for 85th Birthday Party at Abbeywood, Delamere on 13th June.
 
2.00 - 2.30 pm.         Arrival period. The event is being held in the glasshouse.
 
On arrival, please notify Jane Pearson that you are present. This is for Health and Safety reasons and to make sure everyone has arrived and is comfortably seated before the next item.
 
2.30 pm                                 Sing Jerusalem, followed by opening remarks
 
2.35 - 3.05 pm (approx.)    Recital by The Jammy Dodgers string quartet
 
3.15 pm onwards                Afternoon tea
 
4.00 pm (approx.)                Closing remarks
 
You will be able to visit the gardens at Abbeywood either before or after this event. Please bring your Kelsall WI Programme for 2018 (printed on blue card) with you to benefit from a reduced charge for visiting the gardens - the reduced price is £2.25.
 
N.B. If you have signed up to attend this event but find, nearer the 13th June, that this is not possible, please let Jane Pearson know (tel no. 759108). Cancellations can be accepted until 10th June, but after this date anyone who does not attend will be charged a fee of £10 - cheques payable to Kelsall WI please.
